At Digital Dropouts, we’re dedicated to providing a flexible and supportive learning environment. We understand that plans can change, which is why we’ve crafted a cancellation policy that respects your time and commitment. Here’s what you need to know if you need to cancel your enrollment with us:
Live Flagship Courses Refund Policy
Participants are eligible for an up to 70% refund within the first week of enrollment if they feel the course is not the right fit for them. This policy is designed to give you the confidence to explore our courses risk-free.
For our video editing courses specifically, refunds within this period may be subject to an evaluation, with the possibility of a refund of up to 70% of the course fee, depending on the materials shared and the participant’s engagement and progress.
Live Mentorship Sessions Refund Policy
For participants opting for a monthly subscription to our mentorship sessions, refunds are not available after 7 days from the start of the program.
Participants who purchase the full 2-month program and decide to cancel within the first week are eligible for up to a 70% refund, based on an evaluation of their participation and progress in the program.
Pre-recorded/On-demand Courses
Recognizing the unique delivery of our pre-recorded courses, which are made available on a weekly basis rather than all at once, we extend our 7-day refund policy to these courses as well. Should you decide within the first week of course access that it’s not right for you, you are eligible to request a refund up to a 70% refund, based on an evaluation of their participation and progress in the program.
No Pausing: Once you’ve embarked on a course or program, it cannot be paused or placed on hold. We encourage continuous engagement for the best learning outcome.
Engagement: Your progress and active participation are crucial. Inconsistent engagement may affect your eligibility for certain course benefits, including access to further classes.
Recordings: Please note, marketplace class recordings are not provided to ensure the integrity of the live learning experience. Recordings for other classes will be shared as per course structure.
